Amer Technology is Hiring an Assembly Technician Near Fairfield, OH
Amer Technology is currently working with Schneider Electric hiring Assemblers to build and assemble their products in their manufacturing facility in Fairfield, OH. Previous experience in wiring in a production environment extremely helpful. Three to six months of assembly or manufacturing work is a plus. Must be able to follow instructions and standard work task. Must have some electrical knowledge or be willing to learn. Must be self-motivated and self-directed with a sense of urgency. This is a contract to hire assignment based on performance, attitude, and attendance. Hire in as little as 90 days.
Hours/Pay Rate
1st shift Monday-Thursday 5am to 3:30 PM $20 hr.
2nd shift Monday-Thursday 6:30pm to 5 am $22.00
** MUST be able to work OT on Friday and/or Saturday as needed**

Requirements
- Must have diploma you will be asked for a copy of it or transcripts before you start.
- Be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
- Be able to do repetitive work 8-10 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week..
- Team player with willingness to help others.
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Ability to use hand tools
- Steady work history
- Prefer some electric knowledge with past work history.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift

- Weekends as needed
